About
One-Elevensix Limited was founded by Jeck Icaro in 2022. Jeck is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), International Professional Engineer (IntPE(NZ)), APEC Engineer and Chartered member of Engineering New Zealand (CMEngNZ). He has over 25-year experience (Overseas and NZ wide) in various fields of engineering including civil, structural, bridge, earthquake and minor geotechnical engineering; construction monitoring, project management and contract documentation. Jeck also has extensive experience in Building Consent Regulatory review providing engineering review assistance to Building Consent Authorities for over 15 years.
